Healthy heresy ?!?

Don’t get us wrong – heresy is destructive.

But can heresy be a healthy indicator of missional effectiveness?

We say it this way, heresy can be good, as long as it is not in your leadership.

In this episode we discuss how a paralyzed church or network can move into vibrant missional effectiveness by getting just a little bit more comfortable with the “wrong belief” of green shoots.

The key to keeping it healthy is to utilize all 5 functions of the APEST in Ephesians 4:11.

When all five of those functions are active, the community cycles from immature belief, to stability to maturity and back again. That’s the way the Kingdom of God is designed to grow.

Dan, Cole and Kevin dive into some controversial topics as they discuss this dynamic of healthy heresy.
